In Memoriam 

It is with unmeasurable sorrow that we mourn the loss of this firm's partner and co-founder, Paul M. Corwin. During his practice of the law for a period that spanned five decades, Paul represented his clients with great skill and care, at all times demonstrating an unmatched devotion to his clients and their needs. Paul was not just an attorney, but truly, a counselor and advisor to his clients, who came to rely upon Paul's keen analytical skills, wisdom, and sound and practical advice. Paul earned the respect of not only his clients, but of his colleagues as well.

While Paul will be greatly missed, with equal skill and dedication, Paul's partner of 28 years, Zachary S. Goldberg, will serve Paul's clients in the practice areas of real estate and commercial transactions, and Mitchell Lapidus will serve Paul's clients in the practice areas of estate planning and administration, and tax planning.
